Stacker 3D Printer Nozzles

STACKER 3D printer nozzles are available in both mid temp and high temp versions.  For most filaments and applications, use our mid temp nozzles.  Mid temp nozzles are designed to extrude most filaments under 275°C, but even at higher temperatures, Mid temp nozzles can work fine.  For extrusion temperatures between 280°C and 300°C, try our high temp nozzles.  All of our nozzles are made from a special grade of stainless steel for long life, especially with abrasive metal and carbon filled filaments.

Our printer nozzles are available in a variety of sizes:

0.25 mm nozzles are perfect for printing fine details in fine layer heights from >0.1 to 0.2mm

0.40mm nozzles are perfect for printing fine details in layer heights from 0.1 to 0.3mm.

0.50mm nozzles provides a good balance between printing speeds and fine detail.  They work well with layer heights between 0.1mm and 0.4mm.

0.60mm nozzles offer improved printing speeds with layer heights between 0.2mm and 0.5mm.

0.80mm nozzles are designed for bigger and stronger layers, and will dramatically decrease your total print times.  Use layer heights between 0.2mm and 0.7mm.

1.0mm nozzles are designed for faster, bigger, wider and stronger layers — perfect for larger objects.  They work well between 0.3mm and 0.9mm layer heights.

STACKER 3D printer nozzles are available in both mid temp and high temp versions.  Our one-piece stainless steel designed provides long wear life and leak-proof performance.

Mid Temp Nozzles: Ideal for most print jobs and filaments.  Mid temp nozzles are designed for temperatures up to 275°C, but these nozzles will work fine with higher temperatures.

High Temp Nozzles: These are designed for special high temp applications and filament extruded between 280°C to 300°C.

STACKER nozzles are available in a wide variety of sizes (orifice diameter) including 0.25mm, 0.40mm, 0.50mm, 0.60mm, 0.80mm, and 1.00mm.

Use fine tipped nozzles (smaller orifice diameter) for smaller layer heights and larger nozzle sizes (larger orifice diameter) for thicker layer heights.  For example, an 0.40mm nozzle works great at 0.1 to 0.3mm layer height, where as 0.80mm nozzle will work with layer heights from 0.50mm to 0.70mm.  Keep in mind, larger nozzle sizes allow you to finish prints much faster than smaller nozzle sizes because larger nozzles can extrude more filament more quickly.  We encourage you to experiment with different nozzles sizes – it’s fun and the results may surprise you.

STACKER nozzles only work with 1.75mm diameter filament; Stacker nozzles will not work on 2.85mm diameter filament.

STACKER nozzles can be swapped out in minutes so you can quickly and easily match the nozzle to your specific printing needs – no more compromises.  When changing nozzles, be sure to follow the nozzle installation process exactly to avoid filament jams.
